Connect a Shopify Store
Shopify is the simplest platform to connect thanks to its app ecosystem. The Lexiik Bridge can be installed directly from the Shopify App Store.
Installation in 4 Steps
- 1Access the Lexiik dashboard
Click on "Connections" > "Add a store" > Select "Shopify"
- 2OAuth Authentication
Enter your Shopify domain (example:
mysite.myshopify.com). You will be redirected to Shopify to authorize access. - 3Required permissions
Lexiik requests read and write access to products, images, and SEO metadata. Accept to continue.
- 4Initial synchronization
The Bridge automatically imports your full catalog. Allow 2-5 minutes for 1,000 products.

Connect a WooCommerce Store
WooCommerce (WordPress) requires installing a server-side plugin. The Lexiik Bridge for WooCommerce is compatible with WordPress 5.8+ and PHP 7.4+.
Technical Requirements
- WordPress 5.8+ with WooCommerce 5.0+
- PHP 7.4+ (recommended: PHP 8.1)
- cURL extension enabled
- HTTPS required for API security

WordPress Admin > Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Choose the ZIP file

Activate the plugin, then paste your Lexiik API key (available in Lexiik > Settings > Integrations)
- 4Launch synchronization
Click "Sync Now". The plugin will create a webhook for future updates.

PrestaShop requires installing a module through the administration interface. The Lexiik Bridge is compatible with PrestaShop 1.7.6+ and 8.x.
Module Installation

From Lexiik, download

Modules > Module Manager > Upload a module > Select the ZIP
- 3Enable the PrestaShop webservice
Advanced Parameters > Webservice > Enable the PrestaShop webservice (Yes)
- 4Create a PrestaShop API key
Add a new key > Check all permissions (products, images, categories) > Save
- 5Configure the Lexiik module
In the Lexiik Bridge module, paste the PrestaShop API key + your Lexiik API key

Verify the Connection
Once the Bridge is installed, verify that synchronization is working correctly by following these validation steps.
Connection Tests
- Synchronization status: In Lexiik, go to "Connections". The status should display ● Connected
- Product count: Verify that the number of synchronized products matches your active catalog
- Last synchronization: The date should be recent (less than 5 minutes after installation)
- Modification test: Edit a product in your store and verify it is updated in Lexiik within 30 seconds

Disconnect a Store
If you wish to disconnect a store (platform change, closure, etc.), follow this secure procedure.
Disconnection Procedure
- In Lexiik, go to "Connections" > Click on the 3 dots next to the store
- Select "Disconnect"
- Confirmation: Lexiik asks if you want to keep the historical data (audits, reports). Recommended to preserve SEO history.
- On the store side, uninstall the Lexiik Bridge module/plugin to remove the webhooks
