Frequently asked questions about plans

Can I change plans during my subscription?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings (Settings > Subscription). Changes take effect immediately.

• Upgrade: The remaining amount of your current subscription is deducted from the new plan (prorated)
• Downgrade: The remaining credit is carried over to the next month

What happens if I exceed the product limit?

If you exceed your plan's product limit, Lexiik sends you an alert email. You then have two options:

1. Upgrade to a higher plan (recommended)
2. Deactivate products to get back under the limit (new products will no longer be synchronized)

Are unused AI credits carried over?

No, unused AI credits are not carried over to the next month. Your counter is reset to zero at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Tip: If you occasionally need more credits, you can purchase additional credit packs (available in Credits > Buy credits).

Are there discounts for nonprofits or students?
